Gig'em House has a keypad entry and a security system, along with a private garage and driveway for your safety and convenience. The second floor is designed to entertain with a full kitchen including upgraded Kitchen Aid appliances, and a massive bar with seating for 3. The dining room offers seating for 8 and a door leading to the backyard grill and patio. Relax in the living room in front of the 72" smart TV with surround sound, and cozy up in front of the gas fireplace when the weather is cold. In addition to the 3 private bedrooms, you will find a queen sofa sleeper, and 2 bean bags which convert into queen beds in the living room. For your convenience, we also have a full-size washer and dryer.

The King suite wows with large windows, a massive closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, rain head shower, and double vanities. The Queen suite has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo, and a single vanity. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and many basic toiletries. A smart TV and a twin rollaway bed for additional sleeping arrangements can be found in each suite.
